Domashny Ochag Selected Year’s Best New Beauty Products

For the eighth time, Domashny Ochag magazine selected the year’s best cosmetics products. The awards ceremony was held on March 28 at the Plus One restaurant.

This year, 69 new beauty products received a Domashny Ochag award. Each item passed a rigorous review by the jury, whose members included Candidate of Biological Sciences and Chairperson of the Board of the Russian Perfumery and Cosmetics Association Tatiana Puchkova, stylist Dmitry Magin, TV host Aurora, actress Irina Bezrukova and musician Stas Piekha. In addition, Goodhouse.ru users had several months in which to vote for their favorite products.

Aurora and Domashny Ochag Beauty Director Ekaterina Sakharova presented the awards to the winning brands. As per tradition, each winner received a crystal apple and a complimentary bouquet of flowers.

Singer Zivert performed for the audience. Guests also enjoyed a raffle of prizes donated by the evening’s business partners: the Plus One restaurant, the Efremov Gold jewelry brand, the Eleganzza house of fashion, the Konfael confectionary factory, and the Cvety Fix flower delivery service. The main prize was a weekend in the Terme di Saturnia Spa & Golf Resort in Tuscany. The ceremony closed with a concert by Irina Dubtsova.
