Domashny Ochag Presented Anti-Aging Awards
Domashny Ochag magazine held its 2014 Anti-Aging Awards ceremony as a celebratory lunch at the Gelsomino Café in Moscow on March 25.
The Anti-Aging award, sponsored for many years by the U.S. edition of Good Housekeeping magazine, is a well-respected prize that has earned the unlimited confidence of U.S. consumers. This is the third year that Domashny Ochag has named the most effective anti-aging products that truly produce a measurable difference after their use.
An expert jury selected 43 finalists in 12 categories after four months of testing and sensory research involving the most effective products sold by more than 100 different brands. Jury members included National Society of Cosmetic Chemists president Tatiana Puchkova, medical doctor, professor and director of the Professor Yutskovskaya chain of clinics in Moscow and Vladivostok Yana Yutskovskaya, Moscow Hairdressing Academy and London’s Vidal Sassoon Academy graduate Natalia Kovalenkova, Domashny Ochag magazine Editor-in-Chief Maria Vinogradova and Beauty Section director Yekaterina Sakharova, the Ochag editorial board and readers who voted on the publication’s website for the best products.
Master of Ceremonies Andrei Frolov and DJ Tasker kept guests in a festive mood, and representatives of Russian beauty industry companies and popular beauty bloggers attended the lunch along with famous Russian actress and special guest Viktoria Isakova.
Yekaterina Sakharova personally presented crystal statuettes and certificates to representatives of each of the brands singled out for this year’s Anti-Aging Awards.
