Novy Ochag Teaches Right Way to Promote Social Project
Novy Ochag Editor-in-Chief Natalya Rodikova took part in the educational module of the Institute of Advisors on Social Changes under the Heads of the Russian Regions program in St. Petersburg. Course participants included civil servants, employees of budgetary institutions and representatives of NGOs from 20 regions of Russia. They gathered to discuss changes in the system of assistance to people with mental disabilities.
Ms. Rodikova spoke on how to promote complex topics in the media in general and in glossy magazines in particular.
