National Geographic Russia Searches for Talent
National Geographic Russia magazine and the Russian Geographic Society announce the second national Wild Russia photo contest. The competition will run from May 22 to Sept. 20, 2012.
This contest is unique in that everyone is free to submit their photographs: professionals, amateurs and even youth — whose works will be judged in a separate category. The main criterion is that the photos be taken in Russia. Each participant is allowed to submit up to 10 photographs. Jury members for the Wild Russia contest will evaluate the works in several categories and the winning photos will be displayed in an exhibition of the same name.
