Cosmopolitan Inside Out

Cosmopolitan magazine editors appeared on the Moscow 24 television program “Inside Out.”

In the segment, viewers got a behind-the-scenes look at the world of glossy publications: how Cosmopolitan editors prepare each issue, what happens during fashion shoots and where all those new cosmetics products in each issue come from. Questions such as how do editors do their jobs while having to conduct 30 different meetings and why their work too is demanding for even the hardiest of men were answered during the program.

Program participants pointed out that beauty section editors are not paid for having beautifully painted nails, but for composing lots of serious material. As for fashion department staff, they said their jobs require sleepless nights and a frenetic rhythm.
