Heart-Warming Project from Sanoma Independent Media

The Seasons Christmas Fair was held for the first time in St. Petersburg on Dec. 10 and 11. The Sanoma Independent Media publishing house organized the "Heart-Warming Project" as the charity part of the event.

The project was staged in a large clearing with a pavilion erected on it. The ArtEl creative group built a playground in the space and St. Petersburg theatrical artist Svetlana Shitova decorated it. The "Heart-Warming Project" provided a venue where representatives of the Advita charitable foundation, the Upsala children’s circus social project, the Spasibo store and the “I Want to Go Home!” project could speak about the children under their care. A huge donations box stood on the clearing where money was collected for the children’s "36.6" theater project.

The KnigiPodarki book and souvenir store befriended the "Warm-Hearted Project" by displaying an art object assembled from books, and then donating it to the Advita foundation following the fair.
