Harper’s Bazaar Presents Aniko Brauner Exhibit

Harper’s Bazaar magazine is serving as general informational partner to a personal exhibition by renowned German photographer Aniko Brauner.

The key idea of the project, titled “Circulation,” is the circulation of two inseparable substances – light and color. Phototesters are installed in special light boxes used as instruments for maintaining colorists in photography. The exhibition includes additional installations as well.

In her work, Brauner takes a novel approach to traditional landscape painting in combination with documentary photography, giving bright and colorful expression to the landmarks and streets of Moscow’s older sections. Preferring the camera to the brush and palette, Brauner creates a memorably striking image of Moscow’s architectural heritage.

The “Circulation” project is open for free viewing through March 20 at the GUM, on the first line.

The Harper’s Bazaar logo appears on the exhibition information board, on the press wall, complimentary tickets, banners and on all official releases connected with the event.
