Personnel Appointments at Independent Media

Vladimir Bugaev has been appointed Director of Video Content Production at Independent Media.

Previously, Mr. Bugaev was the Director of Video Content Production at the VK holding, where he was responsible for the launch and production of original entertainment and music shows at VK, as well as the creation of digital lines of brand and image video content.
