Natalia Vesnina Presented Award to 2024 Art Masters Winner

On October 1, Independent Media CEO Natalia Vesnina presented the award to the winner of the 2024 Art Masters National Open Creative Competencies Championship. She made the presentation on the stage of the Bolshoi Theater along with Sergei Novikov, Director of the Presidential Administration for Public Projects.
