Managing Director of Cosmopolitan Projects at Meeting of AMR Women’s Leadership Committee

On October 20, Cosmopolitan Projects Managing Director Maria Kolmakova took part in a meeting of the Women’s Leadership Committee of the Association of Managers of Russia. The topic was «Best practices for improving the economic status of women through the development of women’s leadership: the role of government in supporting government initiatives». The event was part of the National Strategy for Action for Women, 2017-2022.

Guest speakers included Alexandra Glazkov, HR and Organizational Development Director, Uralchem; Irina Gorbulskaya, PR Director, Cornerstone; Irina Lazebnaya, Diversity Engagement Partner at IBM, Central and Eastern Europe; and many other top managers. Raisa Polyakova served as moderator. Ms Polyakova is Chairperson of the Women's Leadership Committee of the Association of Managers of Russia, CEO of KFC in Russia and the CIS and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Opening Horizons Foundation.
