Independent Media at the NAF: E-commerce for Major Brands

The Independent Media holding has traditionally served as media partner to the online conference for major brands organized by the National Advertising Forum. The discussion panel will be devoted to the promotion of e-commerce platforms. 

The pandemic served as an important driver for the development of online commerce. Once an anti-crisis measure, marketplaces are now turning into a system-forming element of business. In a live broadcast of the new NAF+ECOM project, brands and advertising groups will talk about how e-commerce is becoming one of the dominant forces in the market. 

Experts will try to find answers to questions of concern to market participants such as:

  • How do advertisers and agencies interact with online trading platforms?
  • What share of large brands’ sales do e-commerce and marketplaces currently have?
  • How effective are the usual media channels for promotion in e-commerce?
  • Is it necessary to review the portfolio of brands when developing online sales?

The event will be organized by the Association of Communication Agencies of Russia (ACAR) and the Association of Interactive Advertising (IAB Russia) with support of Gazprom-Media Holding and Mediascope.
