Custom Publishing: A Time of Change

Custom Publishing has announced the release of the latest issue of corporate newspaper My Rockwool.

In the spotlight – Rockwool’s response to Russia’s changing economic realities. An unstable economic situation is the best time for moving forward: it allows the company to identify its weaknesses, gain flexibility and find new niches for development. And this is true not only for the company as a whole, but for every employee. To this end, Rockwool created “innovation teams” of employees charged with tackling large-scale tasks. As these goals are often unrelated to their direct professional duties, they enable team members to expand the scope of their responsibilities and acquire new skills.

The magazine also focuses on the “soldiers of the invisible front” – workers in Rockwool’s raw materials warehouses, whose efforts form the basis for the company’s products. They share their experiences ISO standards inspection tests, and explain ways to protect your home from outside noise and talk about why they prefer traveling around Russia and abroad by car.
