National Geographic Traveler Opens Photo Exhibition

National Geographic Traveler magazine is inviting the public to view its “Points on the Map” photo exhibition, currently on display at the Metropolis shopping center.

The tundra of Yamal, the lakes of Altai, and islands of the Laptev Sea – these are among Russia’s most beautiful places that National Geographic Traveler has marked on the map. The exhibition, organized with support from Ford Sollers, depicts the country’s most amazing locations. Many are considered inaccessible, but in fact, only a car and an adventurous spirit are needed to get there.

An audio guide (downloadable with a QR code) supplements the photographs with a wealth of interesting facts about each location on the map.

Visitors will find the exhibition on the first floor of the Metropolis shopping center, located at Leningradskoye Shosse, bldg. 16a, structure 4. It is open from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. daily through November 30. Admission is free.
