Fall Flavors with Custom Publishing

With the cyclical nature of trends, anything new is just something old that was long forgotten – This fall, Globus Gourmet invite you to rediscover the diversity of Russian cuisine. The fall menu developed by brand chef Jorge Sevilla brings together the best examples of traditional merchant and aristocratic cuisine. Such familiar ingredients as buckwheat, potatoes and mushrooms play unusual roles in his recreations of dishes that will surprise even the most discerning palate.

In presenting the new fall assortment, Globus Gourmet invites food lovers not to succumb to seasonal blues, but to creatively diversify the daily meal, whether an outdoor picnic or a family dinner. The menu includes two with Russian origins: unique herbal teas from the foothills of Altai and premium sorbets and ice creams similar to Italian gelato.
