National Geographic Traveler Invites Readers to Photo Exhibition

Switzerland’s Office of Tourism teamed up with National Geographic Traveler magazine to stage the outdoor photo exhibition "Panoramas of Switzerland" on Tverskoi Boulevard in Moscow. The exhibition will run until June 29.

The exhibition features panoramas created by renowned aerial photography expert Yann Arthus-Bertrand, who captured the images from a helicopter while shooting his new film “Man.” The movie is slated for general release in September 2015. Exhibition visitors will also see other photographs offering spectacular views of a variety of regions and cities in Switzerland.

As part of the exhibition, every Sunday professional photographers will conduct walking workshops titled “Masterpieces on SmartPhones.” In addition, an exciting quest through Switzerland kicked off on Tverskoy Boulevard on June 7.

An eponymously named contest will run concurrent with the exhibition on the site www.nat-geo.ru. Eight winners will receive a trip to Switzerland for two.
