Wedding at Barcelona Bridal Week Exhibition

For the first time ever, Wedding magazine took part in Barcelona Bridal Week, a major wedding exposition that brings together wedding industry professionals from around the world. The magazine’s booth became a meeting place for Russian buyers and elicited interest from representatives of international brands. As a media partner, Wedding magazine’s advertising logo was displayed in the exhibition catalogue, and information was included on the website and elsewhere.

This year’s Spanish bridal fashion week — also called the Gaudi fashion show — was held in Barcelona from May 7 to 13. For the 22nd time, the fashion podium of Barcelona Bridal Week became the focal point for the best professionals in the bridal fashion business.

Barcelona is the acknowledged capital of wedding fashion. Once a year, it becomes the place to see collections by designers whose names are on the lips of every bride-to-be: Pronovias, Rosa Clara, Jesus Peiro, Yolan Cris, Victorio&Lucchino, Cymbeline and many others. The show’s participants dictate to the whole world which bridal and evening fashions will be seen this season. Approximately 20 participants showed new collections this year.
