“Kak Potratit” Appeared in Kazan

The Vedomosti “How to Spend” color supplement is included with the newspaper in a special regional version for the mid-Volga region. At present, only readers in Kazan receive it, but plans call for it to be distributed in Samara and Nizhny Novgorod as well.
