New Publication from Creators of Homes Overseas

October marks the release of the pilot issue of Overseas Real Estate – an advertising publication that will be distributed without charge, both with Homes Overseas as well as separately.

Internal investigations by Homes Overseas revealed that buyers of foreign real estate do not have a printed catalogue with numerous listings of specific properties and their prices. In response to reader demand, Homes Overseas produced the first, and currently the only print catalogue dedicated exclusively to foreign real estate.

The catalogue will be distributed in two ways. First, it will appear as in insert to Homes Overseas magazine. Second, the Catalogue of Overseas Real Estate will be a stand-alone publication distributed free of charge at real estate agencies, supermarkets and major gas station chains. The catalogue will also be distributed at exhibitions, conferences and other business events. The free distribution network for the magazine will also constantly expand.

The catalogue offers very attractive terms to advertisers. Every listing in the catalogue also appears on the portal www.homesoverseas.ru, increasing the efficiency of the ads. The price for placing an ad in the Catalogue of Overseas Real Estate starts at 5,000 rubles ($160) per year.

The first issue of the catalogue will be released at the end of September.

More information can be obtained from the advertising department of Homes Overseas (tel. (495) 232-32-00, ext. 6024, 6034, 6005 and 6021, or at e-mail ho@imedia.ru).
