Business Breakfast with Harvard Business Review – Russia

The sixth business breakfast in the “Anti-Crisis Solutions and Technology” series organized by Harvard Business Review – Russia magazine with the Accenture and Vdel companies was held on November 26.

The meeting gathered together IT directors from such organizations as Toyota Motors, Rusnano, SIBUR, SUEK, Svyazinvest, BTA Bank, Eastline, Bank of Russia, Svyazintek, Alfa Group, Alfa Insurance, Moscow Insurance Company, Alfa Bank and others.

The main themes discussed at the breakfast were “The architecture of a new generation: myth or reality?” and “How to build a modern IT strategy?” Meeting participants considered and discussed several cases:

An integrated program for modernizing the handling of information at the KLM company, focusing on the flow of documents.

A single workspace for users. Internal and external contour on the example of V.V. Solomatina Vniins.

Simple systems for complex tasks on the example of Wall Street systems / NYSE.
