New Issue of Real Estate Quarterly

The autumn issue of Real Estate Quarterly – a quarterly analytical insert in The Moscow Times newspaper – is dedicated to an analysis of key economic factors and their influence on the real estate sector.

In this issue: rising oil prices and the strengthening ruble, the situation in the financial sector (bad debts, encumbered assets) – all of which clearly influence the market. Aside from these external factors, however, some analysts see the need for a fundamental increase in the quality of real estate project proposals, as well as in that of existing projects

The magazine also includes several interesting cases: experience with a state-private partnership at Pulkovo airport, the retail market after the shocking departure of the Carrefour hypermarket chain and an analysis of the consequences of a court of arbitration decision regarding a dispute over property registration.
