SmartMoney: Best Publication in Business Press

The “Investments for Russians – 2008” competition ended on February 10, 2009. SmartMoney correspondent Yekaterina Samorodova won the award for “Best publication in the business press” for her “Paperwork” column.

“Investments for Russians – 2008” was the fourth such competition, and was organized by investment companies Zerich Capital Management, NAUFOR, the Russian Union of Journalists and the MICEX Currency Exchange. A total of 127 participants were registered in the competition. Jury members included:

A.N. Scheglov, General Director of Zerich Capital Management;
A.V. Timofeyev, Chairman, Russian National Association of Securities Market Participants (NAUFOR);
K.A. Volkov, President of the National Securities Market Association;
V.L. Bogdanov, Chairman of the Russian Union of Journalists.
