Course on National Geographic Russia’s Journalistic Photography
National Geographic Russia and the A. Rodchenko School of Photography and Multimedia in Moscow are launching a series of master classes. Prominent photographers whose material has repeatedly appeared on the pages of National Geographic magazine will conduct the intensive course, consisting of five seminars that run through May 2009.
The masters of photographic art will share their professional secrets and speak of the peculiarities of working in extreme conditions, and of underwater and journalistic photo shoots. Upon completing the course, all of the listeners will receive commemorative diplomas and gifts, and the five most outstanding students will each receive a six-month subscription to National Geographic Russia.
Photographer Andrei Kamenev will host the first master class of the National Geographic course to be held on December 16, 2008 in the A. Rodchenko School of Photography and Multimedia in Moscow.
