Seasons Dacha Season
Why not to make June a month of total relaxation in Russia? So that the
whole country could change into wide-brimmed hats, sandals and head to
dachas? So that all cars got compulsory rooftop bike carriers. So that
all serious and light books would disappear from bookstores? So that cell-phones could not receive work-related phone-calls? So that the only thing that we were allowed to discuss with colleagues would be the picnic menu? So that we could spend mornings under a dacha breeze, and not under air-conditioners, and that we enjoy long evenings not in the office, but on verandas.
