Seasons Journal Is Making a Festival

The fourth festival of the Seasons magazine will be held in the Hermitage Garden on September 15-16. The concept of the festival is to gather the people who help us to make our houses warm and cozy and our gardens graceful. The theme of this festival is "Color and Texture". Spending a September weekend with Seasons in the Hermitage Garden has already become a happy tradition. There are three features at the 2007 festival:

Weekend in the Open Air. Visitors will have a unique opportunity to spend two days in the nature without leaving the city.

The theme of the festival is both simple and sophisticated: colour. Each object has its colour, even those without clear texture. We will help you to become more observant and meditative.

Squares were chosen as the geometrical figure of the festival. We will try to place everything in square objects: gardens, interior, people, food, drinks and even the impossible. We will reveal all the secrets of this magical figure.

And of course, the festival will be full of surprises. Artists, decorators, designers, architects and florists are preparing lots of fascinating projects in the Hermitage just for the festival. They will disclose the charm of the ten colors of the 10 issues of Seasons in 2007: purple, turquoise, yellow, green, red, dark blue, chocolate, orange, white and golden.

We have already ordered the best confectioners of Moscow to cook the tastiest chocolate and to bake lightest croissants! Everyone can take part in the master-classes on decor, flower arrangement and cooking. Special guest Denis Krol-Terzagi (designer from France) will lead 3 master classes.

We have blankets, chaise lounges and hot drinks for those who would like to relax. You can spend hours sitting under old trees, watching your child play in the children's small town, chatting with friends and listening to jazz.

A live concert by Sergei Mazaev and his band Moralny Kodeks will take place on September 15.
