Social Security Becomes A New Type Of Business

The April issue of Harvard Business Review Russia has published Nadya Zheksembayeva's article, titled "Social Security Becomes a New Type of Business." The author teaches the theory of stable development and organizational behavior at the IEDC-Bled Management School.

The master class by Nadya Zheksembayeva was held Marriott Grand Hotel on April 17. The main topic for discussion was social orientation of large business. Nadya is sure that targeted and planned development of the social sphere - skills improvement, services enhancement, and ecological programs - can increase a company's profitability. These topics are not so popular in Russia today, but they will become top priorities in the nearest future. A good example is the successful work of Sibirkso-Uralskaya Aluminievaya Kompanya (part of Rusal holding)

Many young specialists from major companies took part in that seminar. The author believes that the participants will be applying this model in their future work.
