Popular Mechanics Now on the iPad

Popular Mechanics, the leading Russian-language scientific and popular publication, will launch an iPad version in September 2011.

The application lets users become acquainted with the magazine’s most striking and interesting articles at no charge. iPad users can also make use of interactive maps, diagrams and charts, while animated illustrations depict the principles by which the most complex devices and mechanisms work.

The iPad version of the magazine is now available for downloading from the App Store. Details can be found at www.popmech.ru/ipad.
