Serzh Markovich Holds Master Class at Domashny Ochag Institute

The Domashny Ochag Institute hosted a corporate master class by Serzh Markovich called “Let’s prepare seafood: getting acquainted with squid, mussel, shrimp and octopus.”

A group of 15 people enjoyed the homey atmosphere of the master class. Each participant prepared a variety of seafood dishes with their own hands and learned many interesting and useful facts directly from professional chef Serzh Markovich. At the close of the master class, guests were able to taste all of the dishes and drink marvelous white wine.
