Cosmopolitan (print version)

Cosmopolitan is the №1 glossy magazine in Russia. It's impossible to meet a girl who has never heard of or read Cosmopolitan. The magazine has become a real and loyal friend to its permanent readers, informing them on fashion, make-up, relations, sex and many other things. Today Cosmo is more than a magazine — it's a lifestyle. A Cosmo girl is young, independent, energetic, successful, and in charge of her future.

In 2005 Cosmopolitan was acknowledged by the Guinness Book of Records as the magazine with the largest number of copies — 1 000 000. And the audience continues to grow.

Apart from Cosmopolitan Russia, Sanoma Independent Media publishes two regional editions: Cosmopolitan Kazakhstan and Cosmopolitan Georgia, and two regional supplements:  Cosmopolitan Petersburg and Cosmopolitan Urals.

The Cosmopolitan application for the iPad has been published since August 2010 and was the first such application for a glossy magazine in Russia. Since its launch, the application has appeared for sale in the AppStore at the same time the print edition appears on store shelves. The Cosmopolitan application is more than a digital copy of the print edition: it is an independent project replete with multimedia. The design of the Cosmopolitan print version is completely rethought for each new release of the iPad application.
