National Geographic Russia Holds Photo Exhibition

National Geographic Russia magazine presented a photo exhibition at the Future of Renewable Energy in Russia conference held on November 18 at the Swissotel hotel in Moscow.

The exhibition featured the works of photographers from the magazine’s U.S. edition that depict the use of solar, water and wind energy in industry and daily life. Images of wind-powered electrical stations in different countries, geothermal energy in use and solar batteries installed in a variety of homes were on display.

The Future of Renewable Energy in Russia conference is an annual event organized by Vedomosti newspaper that brings together leading energy professionals. This year, discussions focused on recent government legislation supporting green energy on the wholesale market.
